Personal Identifiers; Name, email, address and phone number.
Booking Details; Tour dates, number of guests, and cruise ship information (if applicable)
Payment Information; Processed securely through our third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit cards details on our servers.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

- Confirm and manage your tour reservations.

- Communicate vital updates ( meeting locations, weather changes).

- Improve our services based on your feedback.

DATA PROTECTION

- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-parties for marketing purposes.

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local guides.

- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time will receive a 100% refund.

- Partial Refund/Credit: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours notice may be elegible for a 50% refund or a full credit for future date.

- No show/Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to arrive at the meting point, are non-refundable.

- Cruise Ships Issues: If your ship is unable to dock in Roatan due to weather or mechanical issues, you will receive 100% refund.

- Weather Policy: Tour operates Rain or shine. However, if Sunset Roatan Tours cancels a tour due to unsafe weather condition (e.g., extreme storms) a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
